Thermoplastic Powders
Our fully automated PLC Based batching system means we can produce 80t of material per 8-hour shift, fully wrapped in 100% weatherproof packaging.
Waterborne Paint
Our 3 x 5,000L custom paint dispersers achieve 36,000L per 8 hour shift (2 B Double loads).
Preform Thermoplastic
Our fully automated production line, in conjunction with 3 CNC Watercutters, outputs of 10t per 8 hour shift, cut and packaged.
Cold Applied Plastic
Our custom Dangerous Goods mixing setup enables us to store 140t of Class 3 Goods, and produce 8t of 20kg packages or 14t of Bulk ATLM Cold Applied Plastic per 8 hour shift.
