Local Community

Crystalite proudly backs local communities through a strong Indigenous traineeship program that creates genuine pathways into employment and long-term career development. Maintaining a minimum 20% Indigenous employment rate in our Kempsey area, our commitment to local communities is embedded in the way we operate and grow. Partnering with Aboriginal Employment Strategies, Crystalite was awarded 2025 AES Employer of the Year.

Crystalite is also proud to offer an Indigenous supply option. For a small additional customer investment, 20% of revenue from this supply option is directed into local Indigenous education and youth programs, supporting opportunity, development and positive long-term outcomes for future generations.

Crystalite proudly supports a wide range of community initiatives and events every year.
